TOURNAMENT RULES

Open 'A' for players with Elo ≥ 2000. Norms and Elo FIDE achievable
Open 'B' for players with Elo ≥ 1600 and Elo < 2000
Open 'C' for players with Elo < 1600, without Elo or beginners
Open 'A': 9 Rounds Swiss System; 90 min./40 moves + 20 min. + 45 sec./move
Open 'B': 9 Rounds Swiss System; 2 hours for 40 moves + 1 hour Q.P.F.
Open 'C': 6 Rounds Swiss System; 1 hour for 20 moves + 1 hour Q.P.F.
tie-break are decided by Buchholz, italian version
it is forbidden to smoke and to use cellular telephones in the playing area
